Warranty Policy
PCBros provides warranty coverage for defective hardware under the original or extended warranty (if purchased at the time of sale).
What is covered:
• Hardware defects under normal use
• Manufacturer or build-related failures
What is NOT covered:
• Misuse or accidental damage
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Environmental damage (moisture, heat, dust, etc.)
• Software-related issues, viruses, or OS corruption
• Power surges or lack of surge protection
• General wear and tear
• Damage during shipping from the customer to PCBros
Shipping for Warranty Service
Return shipping for warranty service is not guaranteed to be covered.
Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping their system to PCBros. We strongly recommend insuring the shipment.
If approved, PCBros may assist with discounted return labels.
Packaging Requirements
If you need to send your PC in for warranty service:
• Use original packaging if available
• If not, use a sturdy box with 2–3 inches of padding on all sides
• Ensure the system cannot move during shipping
Improper packaging may result in damage that is not covered under warranty.
Warranty Limitations
Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
PCBros reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
