Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window for most products.

Within 30 days:
• Returns may be requested for any reason  
• Items must be in original condition and packaging  
• A 15% restocking fee may apply  
• Return shipping is not guaranteed to be covered  

After 30 days:
• Returns or refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis at PCBros’ discretion  
• If approved, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility  
• Additional fees may apply  

IMPORTANT:
Do not send back any items without approval. Unauthorized returns will be refused or returned at your expense.

Packaging Requirement

Original packaging must be kept for at least 30 days from delivery.

If original packaging is NOT available:
• Refunds may be reduced or denied  
• Return shipping will NOT be covered  
• Damage claims may be denied  

Restocking & Service Fees

• 15% restocking/service fee applies to most returns  
• 3% payment processing fee may apply  
• Shipping charges are non-refundable  

Exceptions may be made for defective or damaged items.

Damage Claims

Inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged:
• Keep ALL packaging  
• Do NOT discard anything  
• Contact us immediately  

We may request photos and additional details.

If packaging is discarded before the claim is completed, the claim may be denied.

Non-Returnable Items

• Windows installation media or license keys  
• Gift cards  
• Warranty purchases (non-transferable)  

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the fastest method is:
1. Return the original item (if eligible)  
2. Place a new order  

Order Cancellations

Orders that have not shipped may be canceled.

• Restocking and payment processing fees may apply  

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:
• You will be notified of approval or denial  
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method  
• Please allow time for your bank to process the refund
