Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery Times

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Most orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Systems with a listed processing time will typically ship within that timeframe.

Once your order ships, you will receive a second email with tracking information.

Shipping typically takes 2–4 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Please note:
Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control.


Order Tracking

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, or your order appears delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact our support team.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:
• The contiguous United States  
• Alaska  
• Hawaii  

We do NOT ship to:
• P.O. Boxes
• APO / FPO / DPO addresses
• Mail forwarding services  


Stolen or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered to the address provided, PCBros is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We recommend:
• Choosing a secure delivery location  
• Monitoring tracking updates  
• Using delivery alerts when available  

If theft occurs, please contact your local authorities to file a report. We are happy to assist where possible, but we cannot replace stolen packages.


In-Store Pickup

Free local pickup is available at our Louisville, Kentucky location.

Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

Pickup hours:
Monday–Friday, 10am - 5pm ET
Saturday, 10am - 6pm ET

Please bring:
• Your order confirmation email or number  
• A valid photo ID
• Credit/Debit card used to place the order

You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.


International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
