Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery Times

After receiving your order confirmation email, most orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Systems with a stated processing time on the product page will typically ship by the end of that period. You will receive another email once your order has shipped.

Shipping usually takes 2–4 business days after processing, but delivery times may vary depending on your location. We cannot guarantee delivery timelines affected by high order volume, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Stolen or Missing Packages

Once your package is marked as delivered to your address, PCBros cannot be held responsible for stolen or missing packages. We recommend the following precautions:

  • Choose a secure delivery location where someone is available to receive it.
  • Add delivery instructions for the carrier if possible.
  • Track your order and sign up for delivery alerts.
  • If theft occurs, contact your local authorities to file a report.

While we can’t replace stolen packages, we’re happy to assist however we can. Please contact our support team if you need help.

In-Store Pickup

You can skip shipping fees with free local pickup at our Louisville, Kentucky store. Select local pickup at checkout, and your order will be ready within our standard processing time. We’ll send you a notification when it's ready.

Pickup Hours: Monday–Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM ET
Please bring your order confirmation email or number, and a valid photo ID.

International Shipping

We no longer offer international shipping due to repeated instances of fraud.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We typically cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If issues arise with your P.O. box, we may contact you for an alternative address. Orders that can’t be delivered may need to be canceled and reordered with a valid address.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
